Rooms are for SINGLE OCCUPANCY only and rented by the week, one week being from Sunday to Sunday or any part thereof unless other suitable arrangements are made PRIOR to your arrival

 

For example: If your stay in Hamilton is scheduled for 11 days, arriving on a Monday and leaving on a Thursday, you will be charged for 2 weeks. 

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & TERMS OF PAYMENT

For a Stay of:

1 - 4 weeks:  Full amount on arrival (less $300 deposit** — see below)

5 - 8 weeks: 4 weeks rent on arrival . Balance start of week 5

9 - 12 weeks 4 weeks rent on arrival. 4 weeks rent start of week 5. Balance start week 9

13 - 52 weeks $220/week ($230)*. Please contact us for payment terms 

** Non refundable deposit of $300 is due at time of reservation of room which will be credited against last payment
